MyOtela is a tool that organizes your internet activities on otela.net from your otela Registrations. There are two ways to get to it:
Click the "Sign Out" button that at the menu bar. To protect your privacy, it's important that you sign out after you finish each session.
User name and password: Your user name (eMail) and password must each have between 7 and 15 characters. For your security, your password must contain at your eMail adress (e.g. otela@otela.net). For more tips, please read "How can I protect my password?" below.
Your user name and password give you access to your otela account that you've saved.
A Good Password...It's a good idea to change your password periodically — for example, every six months. And certainly change your password if you've told it to anyone or suspect that someone may have access to your account.
Yes, only if you administer several hotels. Each account becomes a separate access. Please contact us, if you would like to manage more than 3 hotels by e-mail.
You can change the information — such as e-mail address or password — at any time. Just send us an email to update our account.
If you forgot your password:
We'll e-mail you a temporary password so you can sign in to your account. For your security, this temporary password will work only one time. You'll be required to choose a new password when you sign in. Please follow these quick steps:

If you tried all of these steps and still can not access your account, please call customer service at (+49) (0)431-671519.
If the sign-in link doesn't work, simply point your browser to the www.otela.net home page and sign in there. You'll see the user name and password fields as part of the "MyOtela" box. Just enter your current user name (which hasn't changed) and paste in the temporary password that was e-mailed to you.
Copy and paste the temporary password into otela.net's password field, to avoid any mistyping. If the password still doesn't work, please make sure that you're using the right user name (e-mail). The temporary password is associated with one specific otela account.
Please keep in mind, too, that the temporary password will only work until you sign in and — as required — change your password to a permanent one that selected by yourself.
If you forgot your password and were trying unsuccessfully to guess it, please go to the "Forgot Your Password?" page to have it reset. If you are not the person who attempted to sign in to your account, we suggest that you make sure your password is as secure as possible. Read tips on making your password secure.
You’ll see all outcomes in your account under the menu point "Your Link". Please implant these only as an IFRAME into your web pages. The IFRAME’s may not be scrollable (please recognize the following dimensions. The language identification is in the link (e.g. en=English, de=Deutsch). To put on the allotment, you’ve to definate your several room types. Please activate the room types under the button Rooms.
With the button Calculation you can calculate your activated rooms.
Please insert your staying periods, number of allotments and rates under this section.
Individual inserts are available at the section Edit, also for changes at number of allotments and rates.
Under this button the possibility to define your several stop sale periods is given.
For facultative extra services, you can define your several services under this button.
Under this section you can create your own Newsletter. Please search New Newsletter, and define your groups for sending the Newsletter. For personal e-mails please choose the format
Your bookings are shown under this section "Bookings".
For further internal use you can export your data to an Excel sheet. Please use the Excel button.
Please save the file on your desktop and open it with excel. All the booking details we’ll be shown in this file.
Payments for otela.tour will be cleared by the tour operator.
Payments for otela.dynaMix will be cleared by credit card of client with a mailorder to your bank of residence.
